About Dr. Okafor
Dr. Okafor joined Harbor Family Medicine in [YEAR] and became medical director in [YEAR]. She likes long-term relationships with patients: seeing the same families through newborn visits, teenage checkups, pregnancy and the conditions that come with age. Her clinical interests are diabetes and blood pressure management, preventive women's health and helping patients simplify complicated medication lists.
Outside the clinic she teaches family medicine residents at [TEACHING HOSPITAL] and sits on the practice's quality committee, which reviews how well we're doing on screenings and follow-up.
