Primary care for adults
One provider who knows your whole history, for checkups, new symptoms, ongoing conditions and the referrals in between. The front door to everything else we do.
Care that covers the everyday and the long term
A full checkup each year with the screenings recommended for your age and history, and a plan for the year ahead.
Infections, injuries and new symptoms, seen the same day when you call before 11am.
Regular reviews for diabetes, blood pressure, asthma, thyroid and more, with lab work done on site.
Refills through the portal within three business days, and medication reviews whenever your list gets long.
When you need a specialist, we refer you, send your records and follow up on what they find.
Screening for anxiety and depression at every physical, and a warm handoff to our behavioral health provider.

For follow-ups, medication questions and many minor illnesses, yes. Physicals, anything needing an exam, and first visits are done in person. Choose "Video visit" when you book and we'll tell you if it needs to be in the office.
